ASRC Federal is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Managerat our office located in Reston, VA, Colorado Springs, CO, or telework.

Key Role:

  • Under minimal direction, manage actions and contract staff responsible for the administration of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for Infrastructure Operations support programs.
  • Reviews and resolves all issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company, and customer objectives.
  • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate favorable agreements to include NDAs, TAs, contracts and subcontracts, analyze and resolve OCI issues, participate in the preparation, submittal of proposals and development of bid strategies.


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration or related field) or equivalent, additional training in contract law, and ten to fifteen years of related (government contract administration) experience as well as supervisory/management experience.
  • Experience with all forms of government solicitations (RFP, RFQ, and other forms) and managing all forms of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T M, ID/IQ contracts, GWACS, and GSA schedule contracts), including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues.
  • Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS, and preparing Cost and Business Management proposals.
  • Firm understanding of Service Contract Act issues and price adjustment clauses


Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Base Operations contracts is desirable
  • Active participation with NCMA is a plus
  • Experience working with DoD Components and/or international/FMS clients is a plus
  • US Citizenship and ability to pass a government sponsored background investigation, if needed
