OVERVIEW

iTech AG is looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our federal government contract. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be the development lead for the engagement. Working with the Architect of the solution, you will design, implement, validate, and migrate all delivered code. Included in the delivery will be an implementation of a Grants Management accelerator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as team leader of a larger development team. By leveraging SAFe Agile delivery methodologies, you will enable and guide all development activities.
  • Be responsible for picking up service tickets related to reported issues or user stories related to platform enhancements and independently develop or configure the desired outcomes.
  • Support junior team members to determine solutions and perform a review of completed taskings.
  • Work with other development teams as needed to peer review code submissions and assist with challenges encountered during citizen development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 7 years application development experience. With at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Must have experience with software development tracking tools such as Jira, ServiceNow Agile, etc.
  • Must have experience performing upgrades and patching for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM


EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Must be a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).


CLEARANCE
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
  • Pursuant to a government contract, must be a US Citizen
