Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and guest relations.
  • Uphold and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for enhancing service, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Adept problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to handle challenges and make informed decisions.
