**Automotive Service Lot Attendant**

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships seeks a parttime Customer Service Lot Assistant for our Service Department to join our team!

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships, the largest automotive group in Delaware and the Eastern Shore **Customer Service Lot Assistant Duties:**

* Assist by directing customers and their vehicles into service lane entrance and exits upon completion

* Make sure service lane is clear and appearance maintained per company standards

* Drive vehicles from the service lane to the proper place in the service lot

* Perform vehicle washes as needed in the Detail car wash

* Install disposable seat covers and floor mat in the vehicle

* Pull cars around when completed from our service bay to the customer pick up area

* Transport service customers by doing local shuttle runs, drop off and pickups

* Other duties as directed by management.

**Service Lot Attendant candidates will meet the following requirements:**

* Valid motor vehicle license and good driving record with little to no points, required

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with service customers

* Maintain neat and clean professional appearance
