****PURPOSE STATEMENT****

As a Carvel Relief Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. This route isn't an assigned route as you will be working various routes depending on the need for a particular area.

The main locations will be Annapolis Junction, Fruitland, Hagerstown, DC and parts of Northern Virginia and others on the east coast as needed.

Simply put, qualified, hardworking people such as yourself. Relief Route Sales Delivery Representatives are full-time positions that are responsible for selling and delivering Carvel & Richs complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck.

Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service and in-store merchandising execution.

Relief Route Sales Representative's hours of work vary by assigned route. Start times can begin as early as 3:00 am. A typical workday includes 10-15 stops

****KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE****

Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first

Minimally 21 years of age

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record we will be checking

Servicing our customers is tough work, and you will need to be able to climb in and out of the truck and carry goods that can weigh up to 50 pounds

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Previous DSD experience is a bonus

*Ability to travel more than 50%

Be able to lift 50 lbs
