Regional Construction Cost Manager

Job description

The Regional Construction Cost Manger (RCCM) is responsible for establishing cost for major phases of the construction process within a given region. In this role, you will impact homebuilding by developing and improving upon processes related to cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiencies within production.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish cost for major phases of construction for the region
  • Ensure costs are accurate and competitive, measuring through various reports and files
  • Release new products to the region and establish pricing
  • Serve as the primary contact of the region with Procurement, Architectural Services, and Product Readiness Group

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Construction Cost Manager role
