Job description
The Regional Construction Cost Manger (RCCM) is responsible for establishing cost for major phases of the construction process within a given region. In this role, you will impact homebuilding by developing and improving upon processes related to cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiencies within production.
Primary Responsibilities
Establish cost for major phases of construction for the region
Ensure costs are accurate and competitive, measuring through various reports and files
Release new products to the region and establish pricing
Serve as the primary contact of the region with Procurement, Architectural Services, and Product Readiness Group
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the Construction Cost Manager role
