Arlington, Virginia, United States of America JOB #R2200413 **Customer Relationship Management Development Manager**

ICF Is recruiting for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Development Manager to support a currently-funded government ICF project, focused on building and managing a relationship management solution for its Federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, international and industry cybersecurity partners.

As the CRM Development Manager, you will work with ICF's highly qualified CRM strategists and partner experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions that utilize customer relationship management best practices. As a Development Manager, you will lead integrations from legacy applications and be responsible for programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, and approvals. You will be working with, supervising & assisting team members to scope and implement complex business solutions.

This role will be performed REMOTE until returning onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include:

* Support the implementation and management of a Customer Relationship Management solution for the client to track bilateral and multilateral relationships with cyber partners, to include administrative support functions such as process development and data entry.

* Participate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of a high quality solution.

* Support the rollout of the solution, including offering training and support for partnership teams.

* Identify and recommend creative solutions to manage relationships.

* Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts and stakeholders regarding status, risks and any technical issues.

* Ability to work well with customers both individually as well as in a highly collaborative team.

* Engage in reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

What you will need:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

* 4+ years of experience with customer relationship management solutions.

* Experience in helping coordinate with team members on engaging partners and capturing information to share with other stakeholders.

* Demonstrated ability to keep pace and thrive in a rapidly changing environment

* Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, data modeling, design patterns, relational database systems and operating systems.

* Ability to debug and resolve the technical bugs/issues

* U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position). SCI require
