**Job Description**

A live-in handyman is needed for the initial period of 3- 6 months to assist with the house renovation project. No specific building trade experience is needed; however, a candidate should be able to undertake simple tasks under the employer's guidance, such as painting, decorating, wall-paper stripping, sanding, old paint removal, etc. This includes cleaning and dusting and removal of rubbish. A possibility of converting this position into a full live-in housekeeper position, to undertake general in-house cleaning duties (including laundry), gardening, and pet-care (two small friendly dogs). High-standard separate live-in accommodation within the house will be provided. This is a 2 person gay household + 2 small pets. Only UK-based or EU-based candidates will be considered (allowed to reside and work in the United Kingdom).
