Services and repairs a variety of office equipment at customer locations, usually within a specific geographic area.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures.
Manages territory, inventory and customer relationship.
Performs trouble shooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
Completes technical training as assigned (in person and virtual).
Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
Has the ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of parts books, technical manuals and publications.
Maintains a professional relationship with all Woodhull, LLC staff
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
Requires basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical circuitry, electronics and computer literacy) typically gained through completion of two years of technical school.
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of Service Technician work experience desired.
