> The Area Service Manager is responsible for conducting Quality Walk inspections, managing emergency warranty requests, warranty inspections, and lead quality improvement process by reporting negative trends on all Stanley Martin homes in assigned communities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Perform Quality Walk/Quality Re-Walk Inspections on slated home on the designated Quality Walk date

* Review all Quality Walk punch-list items with onsite NCM or ANCM and ensure any deficiencies are remediated prior to customer NHO, producing a defect free home

* Conduct Customer Service Request inspections as assigned and supervise the completion of all warrantable related work

* Perform emergency service responsibilities

* Adhere to all established processes and procedures

* Utilize HB1 to schedule and manage customer service process

* Issue and approve HB1 workover vendor payments. Enforce backcharges as needed

* Ensure vendors are held to their scope of work

* Ensure vendors perform quality repairs in timely manner

* Provide high level of customer service and ensure 95% customer satisfaction

* Report any repetitive warrantable trends found during Quality Walks and inspections. These trends are to be addressed and remediated with assistance from the DFO(s) and purchasing team (if applicable)

* Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications

* Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment

* Complete all other duties as assigned by manager

* Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Stanley Martin

Position Requirements:

* College degree preferred

* Production construction management required

* Knowledge of MS Office
