Job Title: Senior Program Analyst/Task Lead

Job Description: Support the development and integration of war fighting capability solutions enabling an effective U. S. Marine Corps capability to respond to strategic challenges and opportunities; manage the delivery of technical, architectural, and engineering support services in the development of functional concepts, capabilities and support documentation that advances USMC warfighting capabilities.

Job Location: USMC facility, Quantico, VA

Type position: Full-time, primarily on-site for all classified activities.

Experience Required:
  • Over 6-years' experience developing and integrating war fighting capabilities solutions that enable an effective USMC capability to respond to strategic challenges and opportunities.
  • Supervising 3-5 technical, architectural, or engineering subject matter experts.
  • Managing staff activities to draft, coordinate, refine, and finalize critical enterprise-level programs, projects and tasks.
  • Desired - current experience supporting USMC Combat Development and Integration (CD&I) Directorate concept and capability development programs.

Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:
  • Required - Expert knowledge and experience of the Marine Corps, its missions, organizational structure, warfighting concepts, both Joint concepts and Naval/USMC.
  • Required - Working knowledge on USMC Concepts and Capability Documents.
  • Desired - Working knowledge/experience on data and cloud structures.
  • Desired - Working knowledge/experience on application of artificial intelligence processes.
  • Desired - Working knowledge on organization architecture documentation and work-process flows.
  • Desired - Working knowledge on development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) budget documentation.

Security Clearance: possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.

Education: Bachelor Degree
