Planet Fitness b'Job Summarynn The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

nn Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesxc2xa0nn Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer

service. n Handle all front desk related activities including: n Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. n Check members into the system. n New member sign-up. n Take prospective members on tours. nn Facilitate needed updates to memberxe2x80x99s accounts.

n Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. n Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. nn Qualifications/Requirementsxc2xa0nn Customer service background preferred. n Basic computer proficiency. n A passion for fitness and health. n Upbeat and positive attitude! n Punctuality and reliability is a must. n Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the memberxe2x80x99s expectations.
