**Housekeeper / Porter Job Summary:**

* Vacuums carpets.

* Strips and refinishes floor surfaces.

* Disposes of refuse and trash from facility in accordance with established sanitation procedures.

* Cleans floors and stairwells to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping.

* Washes windows as assigned.

* Removes dirt, dust, grease, film, etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.

* Cleans air vents.

* Sets up for special events.

* Moves furniture and fixtures as needed.

* Cleans wheelchairs as assigned.

* Transports linen from all floors to laundry facilities.

* Delivers chux & briefs to all floors.

**Housekeeper / Porter Qualifications:**

* Cleaning Experience Preferred.

* **Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate and able to handle stress.

* Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

* Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
