**Summary**

In this role you will assist in organizing, stocking, and scheduling product for shipments, along with maintaining inventory.

**Description**

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the companys Montpelier, OH plant to perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified candidates with disabilities to perform the essential functions:

* Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.

* Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

* Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.

* Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.

* Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.

* Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.

* Load late arriving trucks, LTL's

* Crosstrain on flow through operations and assist in running parts through PT

**Qualifications**

* Requires average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English

* Must be able to work 2nd Shift: 3:00p - 11p Mon - Fri (Training on first shift 8:00a - 5:30p for approximately 2 weeks)

* Must have good mechanical aptitude.

* Must have experience with tallying inventory and organizing raw goods.

* Good time management skills are required

* Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate well with all levels of employees.

* Prior experience operating a forklift and using correct lifting techniques is preferred

* Ability to work in a team setting

* Accuracy, Reliability

* Attention to safety guidelines is mandatory
