A Site Inspector is an entry-level position that plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.
Daily responsibilities:
- Onsite role in corporate office located in Chantilly, VA.
- Notify communities of scheduled site inspections.
- Travel to communities in the VA and MD areas to conduct annual site inspections.
- Utilize Inspection Check list given by Board of Directors to conduct inspections.
- Drive and walk through properties, conduct investigations, look for code and compliance violations.
- Take photographs and notes of violations.
- Record violations utilizing a tablet.
- Generate violation report using a template and send to site mangers for Board of Directors to review.
- Other duties as assigned.
- $16.50 an hour.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with attentiveness, foresight, and vigilance.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Customer service driven and team oriented.
- Highly organized, works proactively, takes initiative, and anticipates needs.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
- High School Diploma or GED Required;Associates Degree Preferred.
