Invenia Group is working with a growing manufacturer of specialist scientific instrumentation to hire a Senior Product Manager.

The company manufactures specialist proteomic instrumentation, kits and services used across a wide range of immunology applications. Their customers include pharma, biopharma, biotech, academia and CROs.

The Role

This position will be mainly responsible strategy development, tactical implementation of the go-to-market strategy and demand generation for the company's instruments into the Life Science Research market.

This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the product message for their customer base using global marketing and sales channels to help drive sales growth and hit revenue targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Create global marketing campaigns
• Develop the customer value proposition for different market segments to drive new product adoption and sales within existing customer bases
• Help develop and deliver the brands long term brand campaign
• Work cross functionally with the wider marketing team
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitor landscape
• Create collateral as needed
• Develop key indicators of marketing performance and effectiveness, including tracking new leads generated, new accounts and product revenue
• Responsible for marketing spending getting the best ROI and adjusting where necessary
• Work cross-functionally to develop and grow brand awareness across customer segments

What we are looking for:

• Master's degree or higher in science related subject
• 5+ years in a similar role including experience developing marketing strategy and implementing marketing plans
• Must have experience in a developing and implementing bran campaigns in the Life Science Research market

This is a remote role with occasional requirements to travel to the company's HQ in Maryland.
