Job description
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall administration, organization and implementation of FA Service and small FA projects. Below are the main responsibilities:

- Nicet II Certification
REQUIREMENTS:
- Seven (7) to nine (9) yrs experience working with customer accounts; processing paperwork, maintaining data with a Bachelor's degree
- 12with a High School Diploma
- Preferable technical background
- Effective communication skills; verbally and in writing
- Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize, and accomplish work
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the electrical and fire alarm industry
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and resources
- Experience working with contract documents such as contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications and change orders
- Collections experience
- Accounting/estimating experience
- Experience working with contractors and writing proposals
- Posses or successfully pass NICET I exam within 90 days of employment
- Posses or successfully pass NICET II exam within 180 days of employment
Abilities
- Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
- Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
