**Regional Sales Manager**

**Cincinnatti, OH - Full Time**

* Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and organizational staff that promotes loyalty, collaboration, and increased revenue between customers and the company

* Effectively recruit sales talent through proper interviewing techniques

* Supervise Territory Sales Representatives in region

* Train and develop TSRs in region

* Provide guidance and support to TSRs in region

* Address performance issues in a timely manner

* Develop and maintain key customer relationships

* Be a strategic and innovative partner to customers

* Spend significant time in the field with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel to ensure region achieves set targets

* Effectively manage a territory and insure all designated areas have coverage by zip code

* Establish and attend regular meetings with team members

* Remain current on product knowledge through attendance of sales meetings, vendor trainings, reading industry related publications, and participating in industry related professional organizations

* Actively participate in all sales meetings

* Committed to growth in understanding of foodservice industry

* Other duties as assigned

* Knowledgeable about foodservice industry

* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record with reliable transportation

* Experience in establishing new territories

* Experience in Foodservice distribution

* Proficiency with order entry system (AS400, AutoQuotes, or other green-screen program)

* Ability to prepare budgets and accurately forecast sales and appropriate staffing requirements

* Ability to identify and suggest new products to expand organizations business

* 5 years business-business sales experience in a distribution environment

* 2 years Sales Manager experience
