mroads is looking for an "IT Delivery Manager" for one of the direct clients in Bethesda, MD. This is a remote opportunity with the client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Utilize your Fullstack development experience to provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and identify potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Fullstack developer with hands-on technical expertise.
• Prior experience in a project management or IT delivery role is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, React.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Nx, GraphQL, Docker and Kafka..
