About the Job:
Provide hospitality, maintain reception and equipment, and greet guests.
Field calls and transfer to appropriate staff; Act as a point of contact for vendors.
Handle safety information, drills, and security measures such as keycards and lists.
Handle meeting scheduling, calendaring, catering, and preparation.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and mail management.

About You:
