**Location**

1 vacancy in the following location:

+ **Duties**

* Responsible for coordination of personnel performing inventory management, audits of inventories, and training in property procedures. Trains personnel assigned property management duties of all non-expendable property assigned areas;

* Responsible for the oversight of physical security control of USG property at all overseas facilities which utilize the Integrated Logistics Management System as well as the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

* Monitors the work of all Area Custodial Officers (CO) assigned domestically and overseas. Coordinates inventory and work of the inventory teams, and logistics personnel in accounting for technical security equipment

* Oversees all phases of inventory management, annual inventory reconciliations, audit reporting, and daily tasks related to accounting for receipts, disposals, lifecycle, and all other facets of reporting on capitalized and non-capitalized assets

* Directs asset inventory incorporating supply chain management concepts, principles, methodologies, analytical methods, and techniques in order to provide recommendations to management regarding the varied physical security programmatic activities

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

** Qualifications**

Applicants must meet all the required qualification requirements, including education and any selective placement factors described below by the closing date of this announcement. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. **Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:**

**-Experience utilizing and maintaining an automated inventory management system.**

**-Experience providing guidance and instructions related to supply chain management and property management.**

**-Experience managing and performing supply management functions.**

There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
