**Body Shop Customer Support Specialist / Collision Center Administrative Assistant** Responsibilities may include but are not limited too:

* Completes reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipt

* Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in-person and over the phone

* General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing

* Other duties to be assigned

Requirements for the **Body Shop Customer Support Specialist / Collision Center Administrative Assistant** are:

* Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills, required

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, required

* Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service, required

* Computer proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software, preferred

* Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized

* Bi-lingual in Spanish, is a plus

* High School Diploma/GED required

* Valid license
