Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $40/hr-$50/hr

Peregrine Solutions, Inc. is looking for Construction Quality Assurance Inspectors with a minimum of 5 years' experience in vertical construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Federal or State construction, experience preferred. US Army Corp of Engineers Construction Quality Control (CQM) certification preferred prior to start date but can be obtained within 30 days of start date. Historic renovation experience is a plus. Positions may be day or night shift.Peregrine Solutions hires top notch, top performing, hard-working professionals. We work as Owner Representatives to provide oversight of assigned construction projects and activities.

Peregrine Solutions, Inc. provides our employees with three weeks PTO, to be used at the discretion of the employee with approval from client. Thirteen Federal holidays as recognized by the Office of Program Management, potential year-end bonuses based on annual net income and length of service, training and tuition reimbursement in areas directly related to field of employment, provision of PPE including work boots and/or outer weather gear.

MAJOR DUTIES include but are not limited to:

- Serve as an on-site inspector for various civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical projects throughout construction.

-Identify work not in compliance and take proper and timely actions to record, report and track resolution of performance deficiencies.
- Ensure that the entire scope of the work is performed and that all quality requirements placed on the construction/installation contractor are strictly enforced.

- Ensure proper quality and quantity of materials and equipment, workmanship, adequacy of contractor's methods, procedures and operations, effectiveness of the quality of contractor's controls and assure that the work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Write daily construction reports capturing work performed and whether work is in compliance with contract documents, documenting deficiencies and track deficiencies for timely correction

- Develop and review punch list(s), witness testing and maintain testing and project logs.

- Assist in verification ofpay applications and schedules, verify as-built documents and coordination of work activities with Owner and Owner Stakeholders
