Act as a secondary point of contact for firmwide inquiries.
Handle general office tasks such as photocopying and document scanning.
Input and manage data in the firm s proprietary database system.
Assist in registering partners for conferences and speaking engagements, including event preparation and follow-up.
Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of partners.
Support marketing efforts by maintaining and updating the firm s eblast contact list.
Assist with special projects and assignments delegated by partners.
Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant (experience in a law firm preferred).
Bachelor's or associate degree strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a quick learner with other technology platforms.
Notes:
Position is based in our Columbus Office, supporting one Columbus-based partner and two Cleveland-based partners.
Hybrid work model: During the training period, full-time office attendance is required for five days a week. After training completion, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule, with two days remote and three days in the office.
