**Job Title:** **Night Custodian- Part Time (IDA)**

**Job Summary:** EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a **Part-time Night Custodian in Arlington, VA.** The Part-time Night Cleaner conducts housekeeping during night shift at the IDA sites in Arlington, VA.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition assigned office, common areas, and washrooms.

* Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.

* Conducts housekeeping operations also include: empty trash and garbage container and replace supplies.

* Account for individual assigned tools and equipment for night shift housekeeping operations. Reports needs to the Night Lead Cleaner.

* Works closely with the Night Lead Cleaner.

* Perform other tasks as directed by his Supervisor.

**Qualifications:**

* One (1) or more years experience in housekeeping on Commercial-Industrial building equipment.

* Be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures and technologies.

* Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

**Physical Demands:**

* Prolong, extensive or considerable standing/walking.
