**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees

* Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance

* Must be rewarding; address and resolve issues; E nsure employees successfully complete company's training program.

* Identifies, manages and utilizes needed resources in order to meet the operational goals and timely service.

* Ensures Team Members successfully comply with all Company training requirements, investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences

* Is able to meet the Station's attendance standards.

* Other duties may be assigned.
