Trillium Construction is now hiring a local HR Manager for a Construction company in the Glenwood MD area.
This is a full time/direct role with benefits and pay up to $80k+/ (DOE).
As the Human Resources Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development of our field staff, as well as managing recruitment processes for key positions.
Key responsibilities include:
Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including apprenticeship initiatives and certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Erector Certifications, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field staff.
Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training and experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Recruitment Funnel Management: Develop and manage a recruitment funnel for key positions within the company, utilizing various channels to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee training

Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in recruitment strategies and techniques.
