We are seeking a Okta SME to support our growing portfolio of programs. In this role, you will work as the technical lead and subject matter expert for a Federal government system using Okta solutions as the core technology.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Architect, design, install, integrate, configure, and deploy ICAM solution capabilities using Okta solutions.
  • Support program goals and objectives leveraging expert Okta experience and skills.
  • Integrate Okta with other third-party software, such as SailPoint, Radiant Logic and other government systems relying on data from the system.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality and consistent systems and environments for development teams.
  • Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
Position Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years in technology roles with a focus on ICAM, agile software development, or digital transformation projects. Prior leadership experience in a similar capacity is essential.
  • Must hold current certifications including Microsoft Azure certification, Okta Certified Administrator, and Okta Certified Professional.
  • Experience integrating Okta into Microsoft Azure infrastructure as a service.
  • Experience with integrating Okta with other third-party software, such as Radiant Logic, SailPoint and other government systems relying on data from the system.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality and consistent systems and environments for development teams.
  • Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Coordinates with program management and customer to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.
  • Communicates with customers and teammates clearly and concisely.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned and may have supervisory responsibilities.
  • Developing documentation on new or existing systems.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to launch.
  • A track record of taking initiative and being resourceful to accomplish ambitious goals.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to juggle many competing priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Roll-up your sleeves attitude to tackle projects large and small and a collaborative, low-ego approach to collaborating across the organization.

Clearance Requirement
US Citizenship required. Active DOD Secret or DHS Public Trust preferred. Ability to obtain clearance required.
