TEMPORARY BOOKKEEPER

Job description

LOOKING FOR A TEMP BOOKKEEPER FOR AN AGENCY IN WASHINGTON COUNTY! Like numbers? Like an friendly office setting? This is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation on a regular basis
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support budgeting activities
- Conduct technical accounting tasks as required

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Proactively resolves internal complaints and documents appropriately.
Writes effectively (clear, organized, appropriate grammar, punctuation).
Computer knowledge and ease of use. Computer Literacy ? Microsoft Word, Publisher,
Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

? Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced
environment and ability to pay close attention to detail.
? Excellent Customer Service and Conflict Resolution.
? Leadership, and Presentation skills necessary.
? Be a ?self-starter? and goal driven to initiate donor visits and fundraising calls.
? Be organized and exhibit ?follow through? on tasks and goals.
? Display a positive attitude, show concern for people and community, demonstrate
presence, self-confidence, common sense and good listening ability.
? Strives to meet customer requirements, keeps commitments and follows through on
customer requests.
? Flexibility in being able to respond to a variety of situations/issues.
? Knowledge of local, State and Federal benefits, services and resources.
? Ability and willingness to provide emotional support, encouragement and motivation to
members as well as the ability to initiate and maintain positive working relationships with
staff and other organizations.
? Current First Aid AED and CPR Certifications.
? Mental Health First Aide Training.
? Chronic Disease Self-Management Training.
? Stop Bleed Training
? Immunization up to date required.

Education:
No Degree Required

1-4 years
