WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Maintaining quality and production, reducing rejects and ultimately satisfy the customer by handling processing adjustments regarding robotics, programming, paint setting, and metalizing.
Conducting product performance testing.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Controlling coating operations (painting and vacuum metalizing) by monitoring operating ranges to ensure quality parts.
Supervising production lines while troubleshooting, ensuring the lines are running with minimal rejects.
Conduct periodic process checks, ensuring equipment performance and adherence to environmental standards as set by QA and federal regulations.
Participating in continuous improvement projects.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
High school diploma or GED
1 year of maintenance experience (factory)
Knowledge of robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing preferred.
PLC experience
Welding experience (MIG, TIG OR Stick)
Experience fabricating or repairing machine components
Familiarity with industrial electrical circuits (480V 3 phase)
Familiarity with industrial pneumatics and hydraulics
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this position, the associate will be required to stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 40 pounds.
Use hands and fingers to grasp and utilize hand tools.
Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
