Insight Global is seeking to hire an HR Generalist specializing in payroll & benefits to support a high-tech company providing mission-critical systems for Air Traffic control and Communications for the FAA, NASA, DoD, and International military and Civil customers. This individual will be sitting 5 days a week onsite supporting payroll & benefits, employee life cycle management (onboarding, offboarding), training implementation, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance reporting and employment & payroll law compliance. Additional responsibilities include:
- Design & plan HR programs and policies for staffing, compensation, affirmative action plan, employee relations, training, and health and safety
- Manage compliance reporting such as EEO-1, Vets 4212, AAP, etc.
- Administer semimonthly payroll for 2 companies, 80+ employees total (hourly non-exempt and salaried exempt)
- Perform year end responsibilities such as expenses and W2 verifications
