JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities include teaching a graduate-level seminar each semester (online, synchronous) and the possibility of additional undergraduate-level courses across the 20212022 academic year, starting late August, 2021.

QUALIFICATIONS A doctorate in either music theory or composition by the start of the fall 2021 semester; ability to design and lead a graduate seminar of sufficient breadth and depth to accommodate student instrumentalists, singers, conductors, and composers; experience in teaching sixteenth- or eighteenth-century counterpoint is desired.
