Executive Assistant

Job description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's owner. Executive Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to managing calendars, preparing communication, and assisting with daily tasks. The Executive Assistant will work closely and effectively with the owner to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should be highly trusted, well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely and personalized support.

Job Duties
  • Managing schedules and meetings
  • Managing communication and correspondence
  • Prioritizing emails and phone calls.
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks
  • Providing clerical tasks including note taking
  • Preparing materials for meetings and presentations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Special projects as needed
  • Performing errands as needed

Requirements
  • Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced always changing environment
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office and Google Suite
  • Work with a sense of urgency, thoroughness, while maintaining composure
  • Associates degree or higher (Preferred but not required)
  • Construction knowledge is a plus

Salary $36,000-45,000
