Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Cyber Security Engineer who will support a government contract located in Chantilly, VA.Responsibilities for Cyber Security Engineer:* Design, implement and maintain complex systems and infrastructure that support business objectives* Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems and infrastructure meet security, scalability, and performance requirements* Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including performance and availability problems* Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations* Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures* Develop and implement system monitoring and alerting strategies* Mentor and train junior team members* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsQualifications for Cyber Security Engineer:* 510 years of relative experience* TS/SCI CI Poly* Cyber Security Certification (CEH, CISM, Security Plus, CYSA, Etc.)* Experience with Elastic, Ansible and/or Kubernetes* Worked with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform* Strong Scripting Experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)Compensation for the Cyber Security Engineer:* $120,000 - $180,000 *Depending on Experience.* Cigna Medical, dental, vision, 11 Holiday, 401k, 3-week PTO#LI-SH2Key Words: Network, Engineer, Network Engineer, CEH, CISM, Sec Plus, Sec +, CYSA, Patches, Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, Google, Migrations, Stigging, High Pay, NOVA, system Engineering, Systems, upgrades, Powershell, Python, Bash, Elastic, Ansible, Kubernetes implement, STIGs, STIG, TCP/IP, LAN, and W
