We need an experienced Help Desk to support the U.S Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Technology, Services and Innovation Office. Your scope of work will be focused on supporting the Facilities Management Division (FMD) with day-to-day operations (i.e., parking programs, printing/mail services, and safety and health programs).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer facilities help desk support
Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Address queries and service requests via phone, email, or in person
Create, assign, and monitor service requests in Ivanti Service Manager
Follow up with customers, facilities team, property management, and contract service to resolve issues
Create and update documents and spreadsheets (i.e., contact lists, duty rosters, staff assignments, parking permits)
Update logs, requisitions, and invoice payment forms
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Monitor and restock office supply inventories and submit requests
Maintain filing system
Make copies and scan documents
Coordinate meeting schedules
Assist with organizing USAGM-related special events
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Assist in distributing parking permits
Help oversee safety equipment and first aid stations
Coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Facilities Director
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Proficient in office administration duties (i.e., mail processing, filing, and document management)
Exceptional customer service skills (telephone and in-person)
Detailed-oriented and highly organized
Resourceful and proactive
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of mailing and packaging processes
BACKGROUND
5+ years of progressive and relevant experience
Experience using Ivanti Service Manager or equivalent software required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree preferred
