Purchasing Analyst

Job description

The Purchasing Analyst will serve as liaison between Project Delivery, Estimating, Purchasing, and Contracts Management on all budget and project purchasing setups


**Responsibilities**


+ Work with purchasing teams and contracts management group to manage updates to purchasing budgets


+ Manage input of project setup requests including project purchasing budgets into cost management system (PACE)


+ Create list (Exhibit) of Contract Documents for subcontract agreements


+ Set up Building Connected purchasing sites


+ Manage/monitor Subcontractor Qualification Application invitations, expirations and renewals (Trade Tapp Liaison).


+ Internal training of purchasing systems


+ Provide regular reporting on purchasing status to group leadership


+ Set up and lead Purchasing Kick-off Meetings


+ Assist on Bid day as needed


+ Subcontractor outreach and attend industry events


+ Cultivate a network of industry relationships to bring potential business opportunities to Clark leadership


+ Cultivate industry relationships to help attract and recruit top talent to Clark. A mindset of "All team members are recruiters"


+ Exceed our stakeholders expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals


**Basic Qualifications**


+ 2+ years of related experience


+ Basic understanding of the construction industry


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills


+ Well organized and detail-oriented


+ Self-starter and able to work independently


+ Adaptable and possess ability to multitask
