This position is responsible for the strategic oversight of all operations, reporting into the CEO offering an excellent opportunity for visibility with limited "red-tape" and the ability to have both a tactical and strategic position. Locations: 2 mfr facilities in Ohio. Main facility ~45 mins east of Akron.

Direct report: 2 plant managers, corporate engineer, corporate quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Commercial Bakery Experience needed.
• Prior food industry Operations leadership.
• Multi-Site experience strongly preferred.
