Schedule Options: 12-hour shifts from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, or 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
Salary: $40 - $45 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to the newborn baby throughout the night.
- Assist with feeding, burping, diaper changing, and soothing the baby to sleep.
- Establish and maintain a safe and comfortable sleep environment for the baby.
- Monitor the baby's health and well-being during the night, reporting any concerns to the parents.
- Follow the parents' instructions regarding the baby's feeding and sleeping routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the nursery area.
- Communicate effectively with the parents to provide updates on the baby's activities and any relevant information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Night Nanny or in a similar role, preferably with newborns.
- Excellent knowledge of newborn care practices, including feeding, diapering, and sleep training.
- Strong ability to soothe and comfort newborns during nighttime hours.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the parents.
- CPR and first aid certification preferred.
- Non-smoker.
- Must provide references from previous childcare positions.
