**Support Specialist**

at Full Measure Education Noma, Washington DC Our Mobile Engagement Platform is used by over 450 colleges and universities to deliver mobile-first communications to students throughout their journeys. From first expression of interest through graduation, institutions typically rely on traditional methods of communications (phone, email, paper mailings) to notify and engage with students. Full Measure sees the role mobile plays in redefining the student experience and improving student outcomes and is dedicated to bringing personalized messaging and content experiences to institutions.

Our support team is central to our success! In this role you will be helping our team prioritize client requests as well as interfacing with our various internal stakeholders.

Our Mobile Engagement Platform is used by over 450 Colleges & Universities to deliver mobile-first communications to students throughout their journey. From a prospective students first expression of interest through graduation, institutions typically rely on traditional methods of communication (phone, email, paper mailings) to engage with and notify students. Full Measure sees the role mobile plays in redefining the student experience and improving student outcomes and is dedicated to bringing personalized messaging and content experiences to institutions.

* Work within the Support team to assist in areas of triage, ticket assignment, platform configuration, and client communication

* Provide internal support to the Client Success team and other internal stakeholders

* Interface directly with clients to provide prompt, high quality support

* Additional support responsibilities, as assigned

**The Ideal Candidate**

* Responsible, diligent, and accountable

* Strong communicator on the phone and via email

* Able to build partnerships with other team members, in addition to working independently

* Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

* Passionate about the potential of our business to change lives

* Experience in SaaS support or related fields

* Salary range: $40k-65k
