If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Tennis Maintenance Team Member. The Tennis Maintenance Team Member assists the Director of Tennis Court Maintenance in daily, monthly, and ongoing maintenance and cleanliness of tennis courts, tennis houses, locker room, and tennis viewing areas.

The Tennis Maintenance Team Member assists the Director of Tennis Court Maintenance in daily, monthly, and ongoing maintenance and cleanliness of tennis courts, tennis houses, locker room, and tennis viewing areas.

What will be expected of you:
- Daily maintenance of tennis courts, including sweeping, lining, and ensuring nets are correctly tensioned and in good condition.
- Regularly inspect and maintain court surfaces to identify and rectify any issues such as cracks, water damage, or wear and tear.
- Coordinate with the management team to schedule deep cleaning and necessary repairs of the courts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the court areas, including seating and viewing galleries.
- Assist in setting up courts for tournaments and special events, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent service, addressing members' concerns and feedback regarding court conditions promptly.
How we determine your qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports facility maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of tennis court surfaces and maintenance practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by the Tennis Facility schedule.
