As a UCS Group Administrator, you will support the regional cost manager and use your NVR knowledge to provide training and support for area divisions regarding UCS, On Schedule, Vendor Portal, SMART, Atlas, Point of Sales and SSTARS. If you are a strong administrator with excellent communication skills and an organized approach to work, this position is for you. Your attention to detail will help you maintain an accurate system and keep our homebuilding teams running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage NVR network and homebuilding system access privileges for homebuilding personnel
Develop and conduct training for all division back-office new hires and Construction Cost Managers
Provide training and guidance to Homebuilding Operations regarding new products, options and parts in UCS, Rules Manager, and Atlas
Coordinate with ASD on Options, rules, color automation, etc.
Maintain, update, and coordinate Master Options Tables, Parts Tables, and Product Options tables for all of Homebuilding at a regional level
Create and maintain set numbers, options, product rules, 'Designer Interiors' and 'Color Automation' programming, and Master Selection Sheets for new house types at a regional level
Ensure all information maintained is accurate and updated and provide assistance to users, as needed.
Test new programs before release
Coordinate with NVR Technology on program problems and manage resolutions
Provide ways to streamline work in the divisions, and share proven solutions with other areas
Qualifications
Proficiency with UCS and Atlas
Work effectively and independently in a professional environment
Proficiency with Microsoft programs and database systems
Demonstrated customer relations skills
Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize to meet deadlines
