team to deliver high quality IT solutions and services.Location: Hyattsville, MDType: Full-timeIndustry: Information TechnologyJob Description: We seek an experienced Mid-Level Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology project management, demonstrating a balance of technical acumen and leadership skills.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects.Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and IT teams effectively.Liaise with stakeholders, including IT staff, business teams, and external partners.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to IT projects.Ensure IT projects meet quality standards and align with business objectives.Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects.In-depth knowledge of IT project management principles and methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and technical project management skills.Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development.Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.Strong writing skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallelProficient in Office 365Strong interpersonal skillsNice to Have:PMP or equivalent project management certification with an IT focus.Experience in leading IT development and implementation projects.Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Working knowledge of the Internal Audit process, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and CMMI v2.0
