Rep agency seeks independent commissioned sales position for Ohio

We are the exclusive representatives for manufacturers in the Gift/Home Decor and Fashion industry in our territories

We know our reps are the most important component of our cooperative business.

What qualities are we looking for?

Experience 2-3 years in outside sales (gift/home decor or fashion industry preferred).

A self-motivated individual who works well independently from a home-based office and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Commission minded individual who wants to determine how much they are worth and earn it through our rewarding commission structure (#1099 contractor).

A passion for selling & positive attitude and personality.

Understanding of retail environment and will get out on the road to see customers.

Good communication skills with relationship building.

Ability to manage multiple lines, open new accounts, maintain/build on existing accounts.

Computer skills
