We are seeking an Account Supervisor for a client of ours through Akkodis, for a hybrid role in Columbia, MD. This is a full-time role, please see salary target below.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship building and nurturing, project management, team coaching, and project budgeting. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will help you succeed in this role.

Salary Target: $95-$100K (bonus eligible)

Responsibilities

• Support and provide feedback for team members
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and manage expectations and advise clients.
• Manage all active projects end-to-end
• Oversee financial performance of projects and adjust budgeting accordingly
• Actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Leverage marketing and strategy insights to inform planning and execution.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Skilled at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.
• Experience working with and presenting to executive-level clients.
• Ability to plan, build, and manage a variety of concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to interpret client needs into written proposals.
• Understanding of the creative process.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
