Job Description:

• Possess an understanding of electricity, electrical systems, electrical motor control systems, and process control instrumentation
• Conduct maintenance, service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical or vehicle servicing
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain all electrical, electrical wiring or equipment
• Performing light maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems and heating/air-conditioning units
• Support repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Install and maintain all HVAC/R and mechanical equipment
• Repair or replace HVAC/R and mechanical equipment using hand tools
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards or defects
• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in lighting circuits
• Repair and Maintain plumbing fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, automatic flush valves

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Generator experience
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
