The Director of Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of activities at SUDC, Syracuse University's Academic Center in Washington DC and assuring effective day-to-day functioning of the facility. Duties include, but not limited to:
* Managing budget
* Working closely with SUDC academic directors to meet program and student needs
* Coordinating student housing to include sourcing options,
* Working with Real Estate/University Counsel on leases, and working with students to access housing
* Scheduling of classroom and conference spaces used by Syracuse University schools, colleges and departments
* Coordinating facility support for all programs and events
* Addressing all routine and emergency maintenance, addressing safety issues in coordination with building management and the Washington DC agencies and external vendors
* assisting with internal SU marketing of the facility
