****What You Should Bring With You****

* A customer-first, service mindset

* A desire and ability to constantly learn and improve yourself and your network

* A knack for delving deeply into technology problems and solving technology problems others would have given up on

* The ability to communicate and work effectively with others

* Proficiency with Windows and macOS administration and support

* Some familiarity with SaaS applications (e.g. G-Suite, Office 365, Slack, Confluence)

* 0-1 years of professional experience in IT Support

* A college degree or some reasonable and well-articulated substitute

* And hey, a professional certification would be cool too (e.g. CCENT, CCNA, CompTia A+, Jamf Pro) but isnt required
