Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Chambersburg, PA
Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am-4:00pm and 8 hours on Friday
Travel: None
Compensation: $28/hr
Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Overtime available
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision. 401k.

Position Description:
Successful candidates must have a wide range of experience in maintenance functions and duties. This position requires a highly organized; very hands-on person who leads by example and has a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate must ensure that all maintenance functions and duties are met or exceeded. The candidate must be a team player, have initiative, and require very little supervision.
Must know how to and be capable of safely operating all plant repair tools.
Must be able to communicate process variables to shift supervisors and maintenance team members.
Must be team-oriented and able to interact with all levels of plant employees.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends when necessary.
Must be able to follow a preventative maintenance program throughout the plant.
Must have skills to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems at the plant in a highly effective and timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience with Allen Bradley process controls/logic
Knowledge of Hydraulic control systems
Basic and advanced electrical, and electronic troubleshooting
Basic welding/cutting operations.
Basic technical drawing and the ability to read prints.
Preferred Skills:
2-4 years electro-mechanical experience
Experience with manufacturing equipment or working in a manufacturing plant preferred.
