Responsibilities

What's a typical day as a Operations Coordinator? You'll be:Filtering and gathering customer information in an organized manner from spreadsheets.Using a database to gather appropriate asset information for customer.Serving as an Internal Resource supporting Field Sales organization by compiling reportsCoordinating service activitiesCompleting order Fulfillment tasksSupporting invoicing requestsTracking tasks to completion over time.Assisting Field Sales Organization by filling quote requests.Updating asset data in Salesforce as necessaryReviewing and processing entitlement/warranty contract sale dataServicing invoice entries in Salesforce.Working in tandem with Sales and Service Field to facilitate customer support and resolving any warranty issues.Providing detailed reports of Service History on Assets as requestedMaking recommendations for process improvements, best practices and documentation updates

This task has the following expectations:Error Free WorkCustomer satisfactionAttendance and PunctualityOn time/above minimum SLA delivery360 Degree Survey Results
