Client Details

Our client is one of the mid-Atlantic's top General Contractors. They are family-owned and have been in business for over 50 years. They have multiple offices throughout the area, with the majority of their work located between Falls Church and Richmond. Their bread and butter is Multifamily construction with the majority of their projects valued between $30 and $100M, however they have completed projects worth $200M+. They have been consistently growing in headcount and revenue year over year and as a result are looking to grow their team. They are currently looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
  • maintaining accurate project documentation
  • monitoring project progress
  • attending project meetings
  • completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • reporting into a Project Manager

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager will have:

  • at least 2 years of experience in construction
  • base building experience
  • multifamily experience preferred
  • a degree in a construction-related field
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong time management and organizational skills
